Prof. Changhee Lee
Professor of of Electrical and Computer
Changhee Lee is a professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Seoul National University (SNU) and currently serves as the director of Inter-university Semiconductor Research Center. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Department of Physics in SNU in 1987 and 1989, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree in physics in 1994 from the University of California at Santa Barbara, USA. Before moving to SNU in 2004, he worked as a senior scientist in LG Chemical Co., (1994~1997) and an assistant/associate professor of Physics in Inha University (1997~2004). He received IEC1906 Award (2007), SID Special Recognition Award (2014), Merck Award (2014) and “The Scientist of the Month” Award from National Research Foundation of Korea (July 2015). He also selected as a Fellow of the Society of Information Display and a member of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology in 2016. His research interests are OLED displays, quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QLED), organic electronics and printed electronics.
